New York State Volunteer Service Agreement
Instructions: Under Taconic Region, check box for Clarence Fahnestock State Park. For the description of activity, people should copy & paste this:
"To assist NYSOPRHP with trail development and maintenance under the guidance of park staff and Sam Lee, NYNJTC E. Fahnestock Volunteer Supervisor".
Unless people wish to volunteer at any other NYS park, the N/A check box should be selected to move to page 2.
NYS DEC Form
The stewardship agreement number is 3-2021-003. For section E, you can write in: "California Hill State Forest MUA w/ NYNJTC" and Sam will sign underneath. Under Section B, it does ask if anyone has ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor.

Important Note: Mountain biking at California Hill is currently PROHIBITED. There are legal issues in the Catskills and elsewhere that are being worked on for this Region 3 Unit Management Plan to be ratified. Please do not ride until we have received the green light.
